Tea and Studies

I have a longer post about Jasmine Oolong in the works, but I wanted to make a brief note on taste and memory.

This semester, I am trying to associate certain books or texts with a certain flavor of tea that I am drinking while studying and reading them.

Does anyone else keep a tea journal?

The Brewing of a Tea Blog

This is a tea blog.  That means that the following posts, for hopefully the next year, will be about tea.  It will be about the debates of tea (such as bagged or loose), the types of tea from white to oolongs.  I will also include the history of tea, from ancient times to modern day.

This is not a blog about the political Tea Party though.  Just the kind you drink.  I hope that it is enjoyable and educational and full of joy for all reading it.
